Why is there no OCD, social anxiety or insomnia test?
We only publish questionnaires that are licensed for free public use. The best-known tests for OCD (OCI-R, DOCS), social anxiety (SPIN, Mini-SPIN), panic severity (PDSS) and insomnia (ISI) are copyrighted and need the authors' permission for a public website, so we don't include them. If these are your concerns, book a session instead.
Frequently asked questions
Can an online test tell me if I have depression, anxiety or ADHD?
No. These are screening tools, not a diagnosis. A score can show that your symptoms are worth a closer look, but only a qualified professional who assesses you properly can diagnose a mental health condition.
Which tests are used here?
We only use published, validated questionnaires that are free for public use: the PHQ-9 for depression, the GAD-7 for anxiety, the ASRS v1.1 Screener for adult ADHD, the PCL-5 for PTSD and the panic module of the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ). Each test shows its official scoring and source.
Are my answers saved or shared?
No. Your answers are scored inside your own browser and disappear when you leave or refresh the page. Nothing is stored on this website and nothing is sent anywhere.
Why is there no OCD, social anxiety or insomnia test?
The best-known questionnaires for these (such as the OCI-R, the SPIN and the Insomnia Severity Index) are copyrighted and are not licensed for free use on public websites. If these are your concerns, a consultation is the best next step.
What should I do if my score is high?
Talk to a doctor, psychologist or psychiatrist soon. If you have thoughts of harming yourself or feel unsafe, call your local emergency number (911 in Saudi Arabia, 1122 in Pakistan, 999 in the UAE and UK, 988 in the USA and Canada) or go to the nearest emergency department now.
