The ASRS v1.1 Screener has 6 questions about attention, organisation and restlessness over the past 6 months. It was developed with the World Health Organization and is meant for adults aged 18 and over.
- One question per screen. Tap an answer to move on (or use the number keys on a keyboard).
- Your score, what it means, and the next step, straight away.
- Your answers stay on your device. Nothing is saved or sent.
This is a screening tool, not a diagnosis. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call your local emergency number now (911 in Saudi Arabia, 1122 in Pakistan).

How this test is scored
Official ASRS v1.1 scoring: for questions 1 to 3, an answer of Sometimes, Often or Very often counts as significant; for questions 4 to 6, Often or Very often counts. Four or more significant answers mean symptoms may be consistent with adult ADHD and a full evaluation is warranted.
